Prasad Shende brings 23 years of industrial experience in Quality Assurance, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management to every LearnEX engagement. A mechanical engineer from the College of Engineering, Pune, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), he was trained as a TQM facilitator by Dr. Noriaki Kano—a Deming Prize–winning Japanese quality professor—and in statistical problem-solving by Prof. Shu Yamada.
Before joining LearnEX, Prasad led Business Excellence at Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Division (Deming Prize and JQM Award-winning), headed Quality at Tata Autocomp GY Batteries, and managed product quality at Philips India.
